How long will it take to produce my order?
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity. Contact us

What if I need my order sooner?
We will work with you to insure that your awards are ready to meet your needs. Contact us before you place your order so we can check product availability and production scheduling. In certain cases, a rush charge may apply.

How much does layout creation and imprinting cost?
Basic layout art service and imprinting/engraving are included on most items. Adding logos, extensive text and complicated designs are welcome and may require additional charges. We will advise you of any additional charges before we proceed.

Will I see a proof of the layout before production?
Layout proofs are provided on every order. Our goal is to create an error free product for you. First and second proofs are provided at no charge.

Can we include signatures and logos?
Of course, and we will work with you to ensure that your logo artwork is compatible with the imprinting method for the product you have chosen. Adding multiple logos, extensive text and complicated designs are welcome and may require additional charges. We will advise you of any additional charges before we proceed.

How do I compose the wording for my awards?
Most awards answer these 5 questions; 1. Who’s giving the award? 2. What is the name of the award or achievement? 3. Who is receiving the award? 4. Why are they receiving the award? and 5. When is it being given? Just take your answers, maybe add a logo, send it to us and, Viola, you will have a great award.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa,  MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

What methods of shipment are available?
We have used UPS as our prime package shipper for over 30 years and have found them to be reliable, efficient and cost effective. If your order requires express shipping, UPS can provide 3 day, 2 day and overnight service. At your request, we are able to utilize other shipping companies which may result in additional handling charges. We will advise you of express or special handling charges before we ship your order.

What if my awards arrive damaged?
If your awards arrive damaged, please call us immediately and retain all shipping cartons and packing material for inspection by UPS or FedEx. We will attempt to repair or replace damaged items in a timely manner.

What if something is misspelled on my order?
If we make an error on your order we will correct it at no additional charge. If the error was made on your part, there will be a nominal fee charged depending on the item. This is why we send proofs.

What are your Artwork File Requirements?
Each of our proprietary processes requires unique production ready files. In order to provide you with the best products, we usually extract components from your files and compose the necessary production files. We prefer that you send us high resolution electronic files of your individual art elements (your logos, photos and/or signatures). Send your award text, lists of names and other changing lines of text in Word, Excel or other text files. Our computer systems are Windows based, and we can usually convert your Mac image files.

Word (caution.. fonts do not embed)
Excel (caution.. fonts do not embed)
PDF (embed all fonts)

Application Files:
Illustrator (convert text to curves)
CorelDraw (convert text to curves)
Photoshop

UNACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS
Images imbedded in PowerPoint files
Photo copies
GIF files
Images imbedded in Word files
Images or logos copied from web sites (these are usually very low resolution)

What if I cannot find what I am looking for on this website?
